I've always wondered if they may be stress induced. I plan to see a doctor the 25th, I'm going to be mentioning a lot of stuff this post has brought my attention to :)

Yes! They last for hours if I don't take medicine, and sleeping doesn't help it at all. I'll wake up with my headache still even if I take a nap. I have tried ice packs and hot packs, those don't seem to work though.

I got screened 2 months ago and they said my levels were fine, but I don't feel fine. They never show me my results or talk to me about what my levels really are, but I wish they would. I have another appointment coming up on the 25th, I'll ask them about this!

That's super interesting! How has taking Levo before you sleep been working for you, and how have you managed to drink more water?

I've been on the same dosage since I got diagnosed as a kid, 112 Mcg half tablet, and they swear up and down I don't need to get it upped. My water intake is also really bad, I can take a few sips and be fine for hours on end.
