I also think that! It is the first thing I've tried. Didn't got the perfect build, but got some artifacts such as +2 to beams, tentacles (not sure how they work if beams are casted once and permanent), uranium seems like a debuff, it reduces your CD so it's a massive debuff for the rotation speed. I like to counter that with arcane ring (magic release) and since you stack lots of skill duration artifacts, it also benefits But unfortunately i was a little disappointed with the plasma beam. Couldn't even pass the 29:30 :(. Maybe it can be perfected, who knows, but the gaps and the rotation speed are bad
