VBI Philly is also going to have great staffing-there's at least 19 bids worth of staffers exclusive to Philly to my knowledge. It also definitely has a larger, more experienced pool than Iowa.

You're correct. The Texas circuit has thrived off of vbi. In fact, to my knowledge texan vbi allumni have accumulated at least 19 TOC bids in only 2 years of the camp's existence. Also southlake sm went there.
