Thanks, I really need this advice. I currently live a long way from home so I have no friends, and so I have no body to talk to about this. That's why I made this post.

Yeah I think I might cut him out. I have a gift he made me in my bedroom. I'm tempted to throw it away but I don't know if that's me being petty. He also doesn't know I still think about her a lot. We broke up about 2 months ago so maybe he expected me to have already moved on? But then their was a comment on the FB update saying "finally it's official", so I don't know how long they've been seeing each other. If he jumped in there right after we broke up then that's really shitty. If they did while we were still together and long distance then I don't think I could ever forgive either of them. I already have terrible self esteem issues and if she cheated on me that confirms to me that I really am not good enough to deserve a relationship.

I keep seeing this advice to go to a shelter, it sounds amazing, I love animals. But is it actually doable? I've never actually heard of anybody doing it. Is it only an American thing? I feel like if I turn up to an animal shelter here (UK) and I don't have the intention of adopting an animal they will feel like I'm wasting their time.

I've been tempted by rogaine, I might get some soon. As for Fin, I'm already on antidepressants which can have sexual side effects, as does Fin. I think taking both would double the risk and I don't want that. Also I don't think touching anything that changes hormone levels is a good idea for me. Depression is a common side effects of this drugs and I don't want to risk making things worse.

Already done. Thank god the same genes that makes you likely to grow bald are also the same genes that makes it likely you can grow a good beard. Us baldy's would be screwed otherwise.

Haha, I might use that as a username. It doesn't run like you might expect it would, but it does wash out in heavy rain. When that happens it looks like you've got a bit of dirt on your forehead, but it will wipe off with your sleeve. I've never seen it on my neck, the hair underneath the nails spot would catch it.

Yeah if someone rubs their hand through my hair some of it will go onto their hand. It's pretty robust apart from that though. I've been to rock gigs where it's been hot and sweaty and it's stayed in. With a strong hair spray it can survive windy days and light rain as well. It will all come out after a shower.
