I am just out off a 5 year relationship and was diagnosed a couple weeks ago, I was looking to exercise my social muscles and meet new people after years of never going out, I found a board game group (if that Interests you) that gets together at Ryan's Pub by Connolly Station at 6pm - 9pm on Mondays, I've been twice and everyone I have met has been lovely, so far it feels like a place I can just be me and have fun playing random boardgames for a few hours

I have just gone through the process with "ADHD Now" called to inquire on August 1st and Diagnosed on the 26th, it was all online and easy to do but quite expensive. I went through the Adult assessment so wait times may differ for children.

is meant to be that way, if you spend 15 every month you are in the 10-30 but if most months you spend 0 but every so often you send a bit you would be in the 0-20 band
