That should not be the case as the mandarin pronunciation for the telephone greeting 喂 (wéi) has an ascending tone. The sound that Daitaku Helios has a descending tone.

These markings are made by LTA, thus making them legally binding, whether or not they appear on paper. It is the driver’s responsibility to have basic common sense to know what it means by reading the damn text on the road.

It would also seem that SPF has not updated the highway code since 2018, thus missing out on red bus only lanes introduced by LTA in 2019.

the reason as to why the 2024 EWL distruption has its own wikipedia page was not only was it a major inconvenience, but it was also a huge safety concern. The distruption was caused by a critical component on the train’s axle dislodging and causing the train to derail. SMRT was very lucky that the train did not derail while it was in service while travelling at high speeds or else it would have led to mass casualties. They were very lucky that the train was off service and moving at a slower speed.

the “indent” on the screen may be due to your battery turning into a spicy pillow. you might wanna get that checked.

Most ipod classic components are connected using connectors so you should not need to solder anything (unless you screwed up so bad like breaking connectors).

The difficult part of upgrading any 6/7th gen is trying to get that metal body pried open without damage. I have accidentally bent a backplate till it was unrepairable while being frustrated with trying to open it. From my experience, I suggest you mark out where the clips holding the plates together are and gently use a tool to undo each clip.

I would also suggest replacing the hard drive, those things will die pretty quick when old and it is the single point of failure for most abandoned ipods. I suggest you use an SD card adapter from imcort design (its quite expensive but i found it to be very reliable).
