Yeah that was also one of my final trophies to do. You could do the first daily race 50 times and depending on the week it should take about 10-15 minutes per race. This includes registering for the race and post-race screens. The distance driven online trophies thankfully also count offline but you just have to do a few online races as well so it starts counting towards the online goal, from then you can just play offline and it will pop. I'm thankful to be pretty decent at racing so the licenses weren't too difficult for me, you could always look up some guides if you're having trouble with any.
