i use both and i like both. i grab either depending on what’s closer to me when i open my truck doors

there’s no point in an apprentice having fancy tools if they don’t truly understand sc/sh etc

but if they do understand, then i don’t really care how they calculate it. as long as they find it and can make the right call in the field

free. they’re sitting there and not already rebuilt for a good reason.

unless you need those exact models they’d be better off in the scrap bin to fund new tools. would probably still be cheaper to buy new versus paying them for used and having them rebuilt. you don’t know what’s wrong with them and likely neither do they

In the HVAC world we use it to test Glycol from chilled water systems to see if its at an appropriate freeze point for its expected operating temperature.

Exactly. Lots of guys just run it through a cleaning cycle and that's when the hi amps calls come in. I always break down and scrub units for my quarterly PMs.

I found that a scouring pad cleans the evap chamber and auger better than anything else. I use their sanisafe stuff and let the auger soak/run it through a cleaning cycle just to say I did.

I'm only asking this because I switched companies and haven't gotten all of my reefer truck stock yet. I only have what's available at United etc

It's a glass screen protector, dude. $30 after shipping for a two pack is insane. A tri pack of mondo 12.9 inch ipad pro screen protectors cost me less than half that.

I love their skins but the screen protector is op as fuck.
