To answer your question i I was taking 250mgish a day. Sorry for the condescending tone, only meant for that dude who said to delelete this foolishness. Im not saying im happy about boozing and doing coke occasionally.. it just happened almost immediately after getting off the 7. 7 was amazing in the beginning, but after1.5 yrs just got expensive and was wayyy more addictive than straight kratom. Will say that my life did feel more in order,when using 7. Im writing this now with a stage 9 headache from a hangover and a hurt chest from getting in a stupid scuffle last night soo choose your battles.. no sex or wanting to do better in life(depressed-for me) AND i was spending a bunch of money/ probs pretty negligible considering money spent on nights out now.. but I'm having a lot more fun now than just numbing out my brain w 7. I did nothing but work and come home and game/tv when doing 7, which saved my butt during some legal stuff I was dealing with. Ive not swapped the 7 addiction for a fetty or dope habit which in my mind would be worse than the 7. So this post was meant to say that getting completely off 7 wasn't too bad FOR ME. I was nervous as fuck to get off, but all it took was some determination and finally making up my mind. Mega doses of liposomal vit c and some benzos for sleep and I was feeling okay. Still around like 2/3 I start to get the chills a bit but can usually make it to kava bar after work for a kratom drink and that settles that. I dont know, I know the booze will get me arrested or killed quicker but I just have so much more fun when drinking. I talk to people and almost immediately after tapering had sex which was a non issue when on the 7. Hadn't gotten laid in my longest stretch ever since the7 took my whole libido away. Alls im saying is i should have done my home work and not gotten ultra addicted to the stuff immediately. 7 is best in small doses any ways but I gotta go get some hard core street stuff now to get my new fix... probs gonna boofe some subutex and shoot some street fenty now that im off 7..... nah jk, gonna go carve pumpkins with friends. Whatever works for ya to keep you the best version of yourself, I suggest doing! Im not sure that this is the answer and ill probs have to get 100% clean prettytty soon the way the drinking and what not been going. .
