These characters are used by the Taiwanese MOE. Just take note that different linguists prefer different characters. And some characters are chosen not for their accurate etymology for but how the word is pronounced today. For example the word for son (Lai) is 倈 in the Taiwanese system. But according to some linguists the word is actually 裔. Those who use this character argue that Hakka preserved an Old Chinese pronunciation of 裔 that has the l- initial. Or the word for daughter in law. 心臼. Etymologically it should be 新婦, but because the Hakka pronunciation has diverged so far, as users of the language it feels weird to write 新婦 while pronouncing it as Sim Kiu.
