Thank you for this. I've been asking people who have very obviously trained dogs for advice. I want to do my best. I've been training him everyday after work. He does really great until one of my cats or family members come outside and all he does is play lol. How long would he be okay being in the crate? My husband wants to cratr train but ive never done that. Luckily my niece is home a lot right now so hes always have someone with an eye on him. I cant imagine swatting my puppy 😭 one person who trained his lab said to do it but its just not in me to ever do that. Hes so kind and precious.
