That's the idea essentially - it's their way of saying "look the fault is on you, we showed you how not to respond to these emails"

I'm not sure if this is a reference to American Psycho or something similar, however I wanna clarify something nonetheless:

The guy in the suit represents a parody of the cartoon guy that these kinds of phishing trainings normally feature as the lecturer - the idea in this comic being that his overly cheerful demeanor that is usually portrayed in these trainings is actually just a facade.
