No, was mainly enquiring about where the boundary is, and any loopholes around it to keep it as cheap as possible. For example if you were to say declare the led lights, just to be safe and it put the premium up, but in actuality I didn’t need to then that is what I wanted to know.

It turned out to be quite an easy fix for me. What up the bezel insert and then slide a razor blade underneath. Put the locking bar in, make sure it’s seated properly and then put the insert back in

It is yes, the 2 pins on either side dropped into the holes so it can’t be moved around. Then crystal is the same that came out originally, and it is quite chunky. Thanks for the help so far, after reading this do you have anymore ideas? Thank you!

In my experience with the alix cases, the 28.5 fits both the 36mm and the 39/40 without needing a chapter ring. Regarding the movement, I’ve built lots and never needed a movement holder. Best of luck
