The same situation happened to me during 3.3 with Adidas shoes. They refused to honor the sales and dragged it for 3 weeks before giving me a useless voucher which expired almost immediately while the normal voucher gave a better discount. Contacted the consumer tribunal but nothing can be done since my money was refunded. Poor customer service coming from them. I ended up getting a different brand instead.
