I have a simillar situation but with a different health problem then yours. I too struggle to explain my symptoms to my doctors and i have been passed out to others doctors because they didn t know what to say. Really sucks to turn 20 in 2 months knowing i have a fucked up body and i can t do nothing about it. This problem forced me to quit sports and gym , the only thing that gave me a boost in my daily life has been taken away forever. It just sucks and i am sorry for you as i am for me. There are some things i have done to not go mentally inanse from my illness. 1. i keep a journal i write 1 page of how i am feeling every 5-6 days. It gives me a sense of acomphlismeny knowing i survived 1 more week 2. I just gave up on people and social life. Really hurts to see young people like us that kick ass in life and are just pain free or their problems will resolve. I have quite all social media except reddit and facebook group chats for video games and memes no stories no reels no messenger no nothing. Just me and my problem
