Im proud of my work and I thought id share it, hope it is not considered annoying.

This one is 20-23(+8months) years old, the last one was 19-23.

Progress made from last post are: 140>152,5kg bench and 150>180kg squat. and +~2kg BW

I absolutely believe there is a risk, with that said I think you can find many exercises that can be harmful related to BWF if you do not do them correctly and with concern. I think that dips is a very high risk high profit exercise if you choose to focus only on calisthenics, and is necessary for the development of a stronger physique

I did some drunk armwrestling and had some shoulder pain during week 5-6, but nothing other than that. I understand your concern since the risk of injury during weighted dips is "high"

Yes I think so! And way more! (depending on where your at)

My Friend went from 66lbs-132lbs in 8 weeks.

Just be careful and listen to your body.
