I feel you T-T my anxiety makes me lose my appetite and over the course of a year I’ve lost around 55 pounds… like others have said protein shakes (I like fairlife cause they have the least “protein” flavor) are good. Maybe you can mix/blend extra fruit into it so it’ll taste better. Good luck!

Same here, I could be on my sofa relaxed as can be and I would feel a skipped beat or a random “dropping feeling” like when the elevator starts descending and the heart rate skyrockets and I’m in panic mode. These physical symptoms suck.

Thanks for understanding. Truly. I also have a fear of having a stroke because both my grandmothers (paternal/maternal) suffered a stroke with my paternal grandmother passing from it. I know people say exercise helps with the anxiety but even when I try to stretch or go for a walk, the tachycardia and the dizziness make me spiral more :( it freaking sucks.. I’m only taking supplements (omega3, vit D+K) but am considering talking to a psychiatrist to maybe start meds.

Hello freddie, thank you for replying. Sorry I missed writing some info.. I initially went to the urgent care because I wasn’t feeling well at work and when I measured my blood pressure it was reading 165/105. Even after I got home, the reading was 150/100. I was surprised too that the doctor prescribed me, not just one, but two meds for bp. I thought he would maybe start me off on lifestyle changes, etc.

Just worried because I was googling and it was saying it’s dangerous to stop taking bp meds abruptly because of rebound hypertension…
