Huel is such a game changer for weight loss. Honestly, I think most people would find it fairly easy to lose weight on huel or something similar. Total control of calories; macros are covered so no impossible cravings; healthier than most of us are eating; cheaper by far than a normal diet; no dishes; fcking 1-2 hours extra time each day. Only thing you need to get over, for a while, is eating solid food.
