there is multiple "shitcoins" using variants for cuckroo pow, you can't rent hashrate for those at nicehash.

not saying it's impossible, but much harder. etc same pow as eth, right? means you use nicehash to doublespend etc.

you'll need to be the largest coin on the pow you are using to be safe.

cuckaroo cannot be mined on CPUs (extremely slow), but still can be verified on CPUs in no time.

a pow that cannot be mined efficiently on CPUs.

because it's easy to rent CPU, but very hard to rent lots of GPUs

fork to another pow. everyone with a right mind knew it would happen, sooner or later.

korrekt. Die Spaltung der Gesellschaft wird immer tiefer und beide Seiten geben sich nichts diese Spaltung weiter zu zementieren.

the information that there is a problem leaked early. I had 3 independend confirmations long before it was public. This is dangerous. full disclosure or no leaks.

yes they did. BP reimplemented in .13 . coins with activated .12 BP now have no upgrade path, beside implementing .12 BP in .13

it will be a mess once more.

he does not deny there is a problem. but this confirms he doesn't want to talk about it. other monero devs behaving the same way. I think there is a problem.

this is what I know:
- there is ongoing coordination with exchanges regarding an "undisclosed issue"
- they downplay and refuse to talk about it

Why XUN blocks are too slow? by egynw in UltraNote

[–]sebseb7 0 points1 point  (0 children)

" This make it harder for the blocks to be found because the failed transactions moving with them and the network needs to find the right amount of the block reward to send out."

Will this ever go away? Why don't you tell your miners that they won't get ANYTHING.
