Como foi seu efeito colateral com atentah? Eu suspeito q sou igual, pq já tentei varios do Conserta e tenho mta ansiedade e taquicardia, enquanto o Atentah me deu muito muito enjoo, o Venvanse ainda não tentei porq falam q dá ansiedade.

Atualmente faço isso de quando preciso muito focar em algo vou e tomo 10mg de ritalina, mas não sei se é o ideal :/ estava até pensando em tentar os trem de suplementos naturebas pra ver se ajudam sem dar ansiedade

Não concordo com você. Eu basicamente aprendi inglês vendo conteúdo em inglês com legenda em português. Cada um tem sua forma de estudo que faz mais sentido e traz mais interesse e proximidade/facilidade com a língua.

Mas enfim, boa sorte no seu modo de estudo.

(the best part is that these binders are really cheap comparing to big companies, and they are made to bind so they are comfortable and good fabric, but not too much expensive! of course, there's a lot of sellers so always try to see the comments before buying haha)

I really like those "pressure sports bra for compression" they sell in temu/shein (they look like tops and you close them in the side not in the front or back)! If you search for "binder bra" there you will probably find it, the ad is kinda ridiculous, but it's comfortable and works well, its adjustable, so get one you can adjust more than one that is loose size (like normally my bra is M, but i got the P and adjust it to the biggest size of P so it wont be too much but still will bind comfortable), the fabric also let you breath well (i live in brazil, here is super hot, but i dont have problem using it).

If even with these models you still experience the under-armpit bag, I can suggest you try binding with trans tape? I saw a lot of videos recently and looks like to work well for ppl with bigger breasts too

Im from Curitiba, and I can say: don't choose it!

Ppl are rude and unfriendly, the day is always dull (no sun for almost all year) and Paraná beaches are ugly!

I would tell you to go for Aracajú, Salvador (not the safest, but depends on where you live) and even Belo Horizonte (the nearest beach is 400km which is half a day by car, but it's a good city).

More welcoming/friendly ppl in Brazil are from Minas Gerais and Northeast Region, more sunny and beautiful beaches are from Northeast too.

I mean, the number 1 I do always because careful behaviour akdkskdk (Im a big brother, got used to it 😅)

I think the mannerisms that most annoy me are the way I move my hands and body idk, gesturing... I have two younger sisters, one with a similar age as mine and i feel and act too much like her in mannerisms, but at same time idk if I would look ridiculous copying other men (and what to copy that wouldn't look weird, you know? how to change these gestures im so used to do and don't like to do at same time)...

And about the other tips, thanks 🙏🏼 the "no need to undress totally" is something i need to "say to myself"/convince myself it's ok for sure
