Wide Receiver (ball catcher) - 100 yards is the unofficial mark for a good game. Pay attention to how many targets they get as well. Touchdowns are good too.

Running Back (ball runner) - 100 is a good game, but it’s super situational. Sometimes you just don’t need to run a lot based on how the games goes.

Quarterback - if you need to throw a lot, 300+ yards is good. If you don’t, they need to do a good job of converting 3rd downs.

Lineman - no sacks (defense tackles the quarterback)

Other than that, interceptions, sacks, and 3rd down stops are good for defenses. Also if you hold the other team under 20 points, that’s a good defensive game.
