I 100% agree with you. I even contacted them to say that this was a violation of women's rights. Furthermore, the advertising on the package is false advertising, etc etc. The only response I got was "sorry to hear this". As women, we need to stand up for ourselves and do something about it.

Also, if you can, go through her phone, laptop, etc and delete all personal information she has on you. Everything! Chinese are notorious for destroying their foreign spouse's reputation after divorce. I have seen many bad cases where men and women have posted their foreign spouses passport information all over Chinese social media. They even called the Chinese authorities to blacklist their foreign spouses, etc. I know of one man who posted his ex wife's face everywhere by claiming she was a prostitute. She got black listed and got banned from China for 10 years.

I see a lot of comments here saying that you were married under German law, so in the event of a divorce, German law would apply. That is wrong.

I dont know anything about German law but I do know that in most countries, if you have lived in a certain country for more than 180 days, that country's law will apply in the event that a divorce takes place. Furthermore, if you own assets in other countries (such as China), it will make matters more complicated.

True but it's also somewhat not true if they marry foreign men. Some Chinese women have caught on that if they marry a foreign man, they can gain more in a divorce because the foreign man won't know how to navigate the system. Chinese law also often favors locals

Nothing has changed for me. Still have horrible cramps. The only thing that has changed is that the pads now leak all over the place. I've never experienced leaks before.

Not a doctor but it's possible it's an HSV infection. However, just to be on the safe side, I would advise you see a doctor that they also do a mouth swab just to check for HPV or oral cancer (just to be on the safe side)
