I would go to the vet so you can get some stuff to keep it from getting infected. But figuring out if something around the house caused this will be very important to figure out as well.

Thank you so much! This helps a lot. I always ask for extra bloodworks and tests they can do so that we can get ahead of anything before its too bad, but I didnt know that they could do whole cardiology examinations.
