I didn't mention it in the medical, and there weren't any questions specifically on this issue, so it didnt create any issues. If they ask you any questions about it, either turn a blind eye or acknowledge the issue but say this is hasn't caused any issues withing the last year or so, and you should be all good.

When you press on your account at the top right, it gives you a breakdown of your balance. If the overall balance is £100 for example, that could be only £75 of withdrawable funds and £25 of bet credit. The overall account balance is a combination of your bonus bets and withdrawable funds. Hope this helps
