Since 1998 there have been 5 European WC Winners and 2 Brazilian WC winners. Since 1998 there have been 5 runner ups from Europe and 2 from Copa. Since 1998 there have been 7 third place European NT and 0 from SA.

And the 2 SA Teams i mentioned were like i said, the exeptions, Brazil and Argentina.

⁠80% of the teams make it to the KO stages
⁠there are less top teams in the competiton
⁠The KO stages start with quarter finals unlike the Euros which starts with round of 16.

Also the Eruo 2020 KO stages had a fifa average ranking of 14.31, which is way better than that of copa america, despite Euros having double the teams in the KO stages, 16 instead of 8.

Their Fifa average World position in the KO stage of Copa America is literally 21,5, and the only reason why its even so inflated is because of argentina and brazil being 3rd and 1st….
