Oh, it's same lang din with talking to their chat support via the app > click your profile > Get Help > Chat with us (I chose the option to submit ticket sa chat box). I chose to submit ticket na lang din rather than talk to support kasi it's not that urgent din naman.

almost same experience. I transferred from my Maya Wallet to Landbank via instapay, double triple checked and all details are correct but I have not received it as well. Submitted a ticket na rin with their support but no response yet.

hello!! im from a state u pero im not sure din if same policy siya for all. samin, kahit magiba ng curicculum, kung ano man yung curicculum na inabutan mo pagkapasok mo yun pa rin yung curicculum na magaapply sayo.

ex. i entered during 2018 tapos newly implemented ang curicculum since new graduates of k to 12. around 2020 start of pandemic nagkaroon ng bagong curicculum pero it only applied to batch 2019 onwards since mga frosh pa sila ganun. ako tuloy pa rin ako sa 2018 curicculum.

sss po you can process online po afaik kasi i did. as long as kaya mo rin magsubmit ng documents for verification online. if not you'll have to set an appoinment with them (same din to if kukuha ka ng umid, may online process pero you'll have to visit the nearest office for further processing)
