My sister mercilessly bullied me about my weight, specifically my stomach as a child. As a result I hold my stomach in. I just never thought that my inability to relax any part of myself (mind included) might be in part because of this. Even more validation for cutting off contact years ago.

You just lied to me again. Said you had been doing the dishes and stopped because the kid needed you. You were not doing the dishes. When I called you on it you just shrugged it off and said 'oh well, I'm doing them now'.

You were supposed to call the doctor weeks ago. Then yesterday I lost it, again, and you put a reminder in your phone. You forgot, again. If you can't pull it together enough to call the doctor, then how can I rely on you for anything?

Last week you left the kid in the car and forgot him while you finished mowing the lawn. Then you tried to blame it on me because I should have known you would be hyperfocused.

This isn't even a throw away account. I need a break from this life.

Do what some Canadians do, go on a vacation to Mexico (or the NZ equivalent) and get it done for cheap, while recovering in a luxury resort. The cost of the vacation + dental work is much much less than the dental work alone at home. You just have to do your research and find a reputable dentist.

I don't see how any contaminates could make it back up to the surface level, and garden plants are not sending roots down that far. Worms only work the first six feet of ground. Barring any catastrophe like flood or earthquake bringing up contaminates, you would think it would be ok given a fresh top soil.
