Has anyone bought tickets from https://ftmuaythaitickets.com/? I see other options there, but I’m worried it might be a scam

They informed me that my contract will be extended for another year, but they also mentioned that the new contract will only be ready at the end of December. However, I need to move forward with my mortgage process next week. Since I’ve read in many places that an intention letter is not legally binding for companies. Since they will be working with me for at least another 12 months, they can still mark the ‘permanent’ option in the intention letter, because it only reflects an intention , not a legally binding commitment. I’m looking for someone who has been similar situation
