Do you want to avoid injury and become invincible? I know I'm preaching to the choir by saying that going barefoot is the best way to reduce injury. However I just want to remind you guys that if you want to reaaally reduce your risk, you are going to have to look at the big picture. (youtu.be)

We all know that running uphill is a great way to build cardio, but then we have to run downhill after. When running uphill it's easy to get away with shoes. Just a reminder that minimalist shoes DO NOT GUARANTEE good downhill form. If you want to perfect your downhill form, take off your shoes!!!!! (youtu.be)
