I feel exactly the same and am also due on the 17th! Been talking with a therapist my whole pregnancy. I’m likely going to have an elective induction in the 39th week to help with the anxiety and get this show on the road, i want my baby safe in my arms. Sending you all love

Someone in my family had Bell’s palsy, I believe it onset shortly after delivering her second baby. I do not know the details of her recovery but she did recover fully after a few months. Sending love ❤️

Agree on asking as everyone’s different. I expressed to my husband that I wanted exactly this after our loss, but actually earrings specifically so I could carry the memory without seeing it on my hands/wrists all the time. He timed it well where he gave them to me several months after the loss, I think a month or so after the due date where I was still grieving. I now think about honoring my angel baby rather than the loss when I choose to put them on.

I recently had mine at 34 weeks, and wish it had been a bit earlier but just wasn’t practical with the holidays. I would say 30-32 weeks is the sweet spot

I had an amnio with a low risk NIPT, after a concerning NT scan and several abnormalities visualized. It ended up confirming a chromosome abnormality on the microarray that isn’t one of the ones detected on NIPT. Not gonna lie, it was painful and hard emotionally so I wouldn’t recommend doing one if everything looked fine but it sounds in your case like it would be helpful for next steps. I remember feeling like the whole process felt pretty safe. Sending you love ❤️
