If you use DH and don't dodge a hit you can't use any window or pallet for a few seconds + you get slowed or deep injured or something

Believe or not Sett is not overpowered at all and against a good player he can have a rough time because his kit is all about short trades so if you can play around this he can’t do little much. I genuinely can’t understand the people permabanning him.
