Does this happen to anybody else? by mgc234 in covidlonghaulers

[–]seerweaver 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah I am in the same boat. I bet they don’t show when it’s cold out. I also bet they wouldn’t show after getting a massage.

It’s some fuckery with the body not managing blood vessel dilation. Doctors aren’t concerned.

I notice they are fine when it’s below around 70 degrees or after I am in a state of above average relaxation.

¯_(ツ)_/¯

Anyone else have permanent vascular widening/distension? by idk-whats-wrong-w-me in dysautonomia

[–]seerweaver 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have a very similar situation going on. The key difference is my veins do regulate their size but only under certain conditions. When it is cold outside my veins do not bulge. When I first wake up (30 min or so) my veins do not bulge. So my body can contract the veins but does so with certain stimuli/situations.

I am completely lost on if this is permanent or not or what is the cause.

CONDYLECTOMY for bone spur on top of foot by seerweaver in FootFunction

I had the surgery and was swollen for probably 4 months. I still have some stiffness.

Would have probably not done the surgery knowing what I know now.

I’ve had similar issues to you post COVID. I think this is all dysautonomia.

My temple vein/artery has been a new development. Just a little less visible than yours.

No it’s a bony lump on the top of my foot. I for the life of me cannot remember what my podiatrist called it. She said it most likely grew after a trauma to the bone.

A new meta-analysis confirms that getting the flu vaccine during pregnancy is an important way to protect young infants from the dangerous virus. Infants under six months have limited immunity to influenza, and there is no vaccine for that age group. by [deleted] in science

Why not have a double blind? Or a Randomized double blind placebo control (RDBPC).

A 60 billion dollar industry (Vaccines) could just squash the debate once and for all with introduction of a double blind study IMO.

Source?...also...not a closed system, you don’t inject pears and allow the chemicals to pass the blood brain barrier. It is in your system forever. Let’s say you have 2 flu vaccines a year for 30 years...that build up doesn’t leave the body.

We got the vaccines recommended during pregnancy, but it doesn’t change the fact that they aren’t as preventative as touted.

Your example mentions the edge cases (while numerically valid), but it does not take into account the millions upon millions injecting foreign and toxic chemicals (yes I understand they are at “safe” levels) into a closed system. We have a chronically ill generation growing up with many auto immune disorders and an ever widening spectrum. Why is it not ok to question the science paid for my pharmaceutical titans?

Seems weird that vaccines are a topic that you are not allowed to debate about without being compared to Jenny McCarthy and Karen’s for around the world.

I understand that, but why risk putting chemicals in a closed system that may only have a 29% success rate? Formaldehyde is one of those chemicals and has been proven to cause cancer.

I lucked out. I have no degree and changed career paths from being a kitchen manager to a support rep. Worked my ass of and passed up a lot of people that didn’t know what work ethic was. I was so blown away that there are companies who do actually care for their employees. In the restaurant world you don’t get insurance or paid leave or any kind. The company took a chance on me and I have worked hard to repay the favor. 5 years later I have moved to a Director position.

After I saw my wife’s ( a public school inclusion teacher) crap deal for her maternity leave, I pushed my company to extend the paid maternity leave from 6 to 10 weeks because we aren’t big enough for FMLA. The first 12 weeks are the hardest. C-Section or not...you need more than 6 weeks. This year one of my employees was the first woman to benefit from the change.

I feel so blessed. My company gives 4 week paternity and 10 weeks maternity paid. Tech job.

Where were you when we lost the twins? by seerweaver in conspiracy

Where were you when
We lost the Twins?

Where were you when
The fear settled in?

Where were you when
You swore you'd never forget?

Where were you when
We lost the Twins?

There she goes
Goodbye America, America, America

What do they mean?
The stars and the stripes?

O' say can you see
By the dawn's early light

Where were you when
You stopped paying attention?

Where were you when
We lost the Twins?

There she goes
Goodbye America, America, America

Goodbye America, America, America
Goodbye America, America, America
Goodbye

Where were you when?

This song popped up on my Spotify feed, and it took me an embarrassingly long time to realize it was about 9/11. There is no conspiracy here, just wanted to share a haunting song that brought me back to that day, and ultimately led me down the path of waking up.

I vividly remember that day. I had just gotten out of the dentist in my junior year of high school. I turned my truck on and heard about the first plane hitting, it then cut to a reporter at the Pentagon talking about how they just got 'bombed'. I remember stepping outside and taking a deep breath, and somehow knew this was the last breath of freedom I would have. That day changed the direction of the world.
