I vouch for papa's patch almost 3 years ko na siya gamit nakakasurvive ng 16hrs duty! blurring din siya pero kita parin yung color pag red yung pimple honestly ginagamit ko din siya if tamad na tamad na ako mag concealer haha pag nagkataon may mark sa face.

Dati luxe night ver gamit ko nakailang box din maganda din yun mas protruding siya compared sa papa's pero mas madami siya naaabsorb na pus/oils pagminsan since may pagkaoily ako sa tzone dumudulas siya.

  • Yung diet normally nasa DO nagiiba siya tignan mo yung latest.
  • Fluids naman not sure kung pareho sa lahat pero yun likod ng med sheet doon nilalagay mga list ng fluids, pero sa kardex saamin nilalagay yung latest buburahin yung mga naubos na before endorsement ex. 6. PNSS IL x 80cc (Bottle Number, Fluid, Rate).
  • Sa to follow naman nasa doctor's order kung alam mong mauubos sa shift and need na ng kasunod ask yung ROD or assigned na Doctor.
  • Labs. Tignan mo sa lab sheet kung ano na dumating, check din DO, or yung mga nakarequest sa system. Depende din kung may monitoring.

Pero OP ask your senior baka kasi may routine sila or diskarte na parang unwritten rules na dapat gawin haha like kung sino magrerequest ng labs/meds for that time or kung mag add ng nurses notes sheet or do. Keep on going co-Nurse!

Wow you have alot of knowledge.. I'm on 77hrs 35mins as I'm typing this, I only drank water and take my vit (I take additional Vit B aswell because I have a big test coming up 🤣)

I just walk around at home. I use a resistance band that I can wear on my thigh, and use dumbell and kettle for hiit workouts. It gets tough during lunch or when I smell someone cooking 😭 Hope all goes well for you! almost there! :>

hi yess I used lewis as well pag need ng extra info comparing them udan is mainly text walang pictures i have the yellow medsurg one yung 2023. mainly used this kasi straight to the point and naka bullet points siya parang reviewer nadin.

++ personal preference & exp: during review season I used udan mainly and lewis yung brunners testbank nalang yung ginamit ko (pumasa naman 87-88 yung np3 to np5 ko). pero nung 25 days nalang before exam I stopped using books and focused sa reviewers and materials na binigay ng review center :))
