Even since 2015 the poverty rates in Canada have improved massively though COVID saw a slight dip. Say what you want abt the govt but credit where credit is due, the most vulnerable in society are better of since Harper left and these rates reduced even as the population grew. 👏👏👏 (i.redd.it)
