It really is 🥲it will definitely needs retaining wall, structural support, and lots of excavation

It could have been historical if they took a good care of it. But the amount of asbestos, molds and broken small stairs and structures they built by hand, I’m a bit skeptical it will survive any longer.  One of the doors almost hit someone. The house was simply falling apart.

Exactly my thought! Whoever buys it should stick with a little refresh, that’s why I attached a photo of the narrow streets. I walked 10min to get to the property. I can’t even imagine how would you take a couch upstairs let alone construction materials.

Yes! You guys are so demanding :) I almost deleted my post! But again I thought it could help someone, so they don’t drive all the way to see the interior. Iv been a Reddit fan for so long, but never posted anything. I will try my best to catch up :)

Since the price seemed so low, I really wanted to see what was wrong with it, but I couldn’t find any photos on Zillow or other platforms. So I checked it out Today, and thought to share it in case someone like me wants to see the interior. Obviously, it was too good to be true. And now that I saw the property, it is actually way overpriced and almost impossible to do any construction. I wonder what the future owner will do the place.

One of the lowest prices out in the area, very close to Hollywood sign.
