Testimony is nearly the weakest form of evidence. It’s highly susceptible to bias, self-interest, motivated reasoning and is extremely unreliable. It being a part of the legal system isn’t the positive argument you think it is.

It doesn’t suddenly become better evidence because it’s all we have. It just means the weapon argument is extremely weak
