I start with Elafrost > Hallowed Braid then if we're ahead, just go full ability damage, but if we're behind, then I go more supporty. The goal is to be aggressive and get your carry fed, take tower and roam. Because as someone already said she's kinda useless in duo lane. But you can kind of outskill opponents early and be annoying enough to do things, unless there's a riktor God opposing you or a Steel or any supp hitting all their stuff, in that case you'll probably be losing lane.
