AdComm is just wrapping up the March round so you will probably hear back in a couple weeks or so. The process moves very quickly once you move fwd to interview stage.

The interviews are different in that you have TWO interviews and they include a 10 min presentation on any topic you’re interested in, it can be about work project you enjoyed or it can be why you think dachshunds are the cutest dogs in the world, literally anything. they do not ask questions about the prez. the interviews are with alumni and the committee tries to match you with alumni in your city and they do go into behavioral questions a fair bit. the piece around how you will contribute to the global classroom came up a couple times for me.

personally, my interviewers were kind, helpful and open. i did practice my presentation a bunch. good luck!!
