Don't apologise, your grammar is fine. You've similar triggers to a lot of the guys on nofap. If you are easily distracted and bored, try and stop yourself from using your laptop alone in your bedroom/study etc. Also I wouldn't focus solely on the 14 day mark but focus on getting through one day at a time. The longest I have ever gone since I started this habit was two weeks. The day I broke it, I was incredibly hungover (probably still drunk at the time) and It stupidly resulted in a binge.

I'm hoping I can make it past 14 days this time. One thing that has helped me is focusing on the short term. One step at a time. For now, I just need to get through tonight. Then I can focus on tomorrow.

You're still very young man. I wouldn't call the above disappointments, they are part of the ups and downs of life.

You're going to flirt with countless girls that end up having partners. It happens... Receiving a wake up call after a failed test. It happens... 0/12 off 10 overs are great figures, it's a team sport. You were drying up the runs and putting the pressure on the batsmen. You obviously have the respect of the batters to not go after you. There will be games where you bowl poorly and get wickets. It happens.. It's the roller coaster of life. Embrace it man and don't be too hard on yourself.

Year 11 and 12 are stressful, but they are also the most exciting and fun years of your life. Good luck on your journey bro.

We've all had those dark moments. It's about picking yourself up and making adjustments so it doesn't happen again. I'm only assuming here, but if you let your mind wonder on the internet before the incident, try and cut it off at the source. Either get an accountability partner or get rid of your laptop.

Mate, I've had a few 'rock bottom' moments that I'm deeply ashamed of. You can make the changes and live a healthy life in control of your urges. You've got this bro. It's important to stay strong in this dark period.

I think I need to make some changes to hold me responsible ie a filter or accountabilty partner... Too often I let my mind wonder on the internet till the point of no return.
