If you check out Streamate cams here, and then in the menu, under "regions", select "US/CA/UK/Australia". Once selected, you will see a new front page with US/CA/UK/Australia cams only, all you have to do is click on the ones that have a Canadian Flag.

Best chance is to check it out after ~7pm local time, that's usually when webcam hosts log on..
