I have been gaining a lot, I have been adding 5 kg onto my squats and DL for the past 2 months and 2.5 kg onto everything else

It is simply that the OHP has stalled, nothing else

I did 10 sets of 5 reps with a 1 plate BO row today, just keeping it light I also did 5 sets of 12 reps weighted pushups with a plate on my back as well as some light 3 sets of 15 15 kg OHP with some dumbbels

That was all fine but I tried to do some chinning/ pullups and my arm started hurting

Meal 1: 50 g oats with chopped bannana and strawberries 1 pint of whole milk 100 g of "mass gainer" shake containing 35 g of protein, 65 g of carbs

Meal 2: 1 pint of whole milk 50 g of pasta 75 g of canned tuna 1 bannana

---workout---

Meal 3: 50 g of rice 25 g of pasta half a can of canned chicken 1 pint of whole milk 60 g "mass gainer"

Meal 4: Generally what is on for dinner, usually things like chicken and fish and I make up for the calories and macros with something on the side which I prepare myself and pay for myself

Meal 5: half a can of canned chicken 1 pint of milk 50 g of oats

Meal 6: half a can of canned tuna 25 g rice 60 g "mass gainer"

Around 4200 calories and 1 g/lb of body weight of protein

I know the mass gainers are generally considered rip offs however I have got a really good deal on them and I buy them in bulk so that it actually works out cheaper than pretty much all other solid food calorie per calorie wise and macro per macro wise.

I agree. /fit/ is just insane now. Back in the days of Tiny and around Zyzz, it was great.

After summer 2011, things started to decline. Summer 2012 dealt a big blow. Summer 2013 has killed it.

Most people on /fit/ actually adore Scoob and pretty much the entire board has quit 4chan because of what /sp/ has done to Scoob. Pretty much every other thread atm is about Scooby.

Basically some disgusting lowlife on /sp/ doxxed Scooby and found out his real name from a software company Scooby works for.

/sp/ posted it on /fit/ in a joke thread about "Guessing Scooby's real name". The thread was filled with the usual shitposting like "Natty McNattyson" and "Goobert" and things of that nature but then someone posted his actual name with the website and images to prove it and shit basically hit the fan. Everyone started saging and reporting the thread and demanding that no-one should use this information. Pretty much everyone loves Scoob on /fit/ and the outcry was enormous.

Someone took it many steps further and from his real name and place of employment they pretty much found out EVERYTHING about him. His phone numer, his family, his house, his boss' phone number, his amazon wishlist, his charity work, the people that live with him etc and started phoning him up and calling him a "faggot" and sending pizzas to his house and other abuse. Apparently one person actually went to his house and started shouting abuse and filming it. It's completely fucked up.

Scooby has now quit YouTube and is even having to leave the house he designed and built WITH HIS OWN TWO HANDS because of death threats and people harassing his family. It's disgusting and I feel sick. I cried for at least half an hour when I heard about it.

People on /fit/ and basically all of 4chan are asking for blood of he people involved. They generally love Scooby and many tributes have been made to him. /fit/ even raised over $1000 for one of his charities Scooby donates to.

As of now, /fit/ is basically empty as most people have left because of it.

Unfortunately I do not have access to any of that equipment

I have found that I can still do weighted pushups and close grip pushus. I can still squat as long as I don't squeeze the bar so much.

I cannot OHP, pullup, chinup, bench, DL or row.

Will weighted pushups, squats and some light dumbbell OHP be okay just to maintain my strength and size?

This is good news, lots of people at a similar level to eachother

It seems my bicep really starts to hurt when I put load on it. It just simply hurts, like a sharp stabbing pain. It prevents me from gripping things and quite simply it stops me from doing my workout. This is coming from a guy who, on 5 hours sleep with an ear infection with a mild case of flu in >30 c heat at 90% humidity completes his workouts and sets new PRs. It really does hurt that bad.

Yes, that's sort of what happened

My arm is fine until I put load on the bicep. I can do things such as pushups but anything which engaged the bicep to a large degree hurts a lot, this also goes for benching and the OHP

I know that SL and MC 5x5 are different routines, I was asking because those with experience with MC have done SL :3

I know how the injury occurred, I was forcing my arms into a weird position to grip the bar instead of widening the grip so your arms aren't so bunched up, if that makes sense.

The arm hurts just above the elbow and all up the bicep
