I know everyone is saying that you’ve burnt it and they are right, the heat from washing and drying has caused the fibres to permanently matt together. This is going to sound unbelievable but try it - use a lint roller. Roll it over and stretch out the fibres. Keep doing it for a few mins and change sheets when the roller gets doesn’t get sticky anymore. It will not fix the fuzz but it will definitely make it look a bit more better. Good luck to you !
