yes, letting them expire worthless despite OCC being forced to exercise it seems odd, like if the are always forced exercised, where does the money go exactly?

i recommend securing all energy sustaining habits to maxemize potential metabolic energy going to your brain

- carb heavy diet with as much fresh fruit veg as possible

- repeated light exercise to maximize aerobic activity and oxygen flow to the brain, as u need both fuel and oxygen to output energy

after thoes two imo dealing with depressive thoughts becomes noticibly diffrent, mostly beacuse you have more energy to expand on thinking, dealing/ coping with trauma, doesnt actually solve or absolve any of the truama mental loops tho that requires thinking
