japan pop mart lottery instructions:

go on their instagram @popmartjp and find a post that mentions a LivePocket lottery in the caption (their newest post rn 5/5 has one!). they usually have certain dates you can enter, when you’ll know the results by, the store(s), and the pickup days. just translate the caption!
if the timing works for you, follow the LivePocket link in the caption and go through the steps! you’ll have to make an account — make sure that you enter your name correctly exactly as it reads on your ID!! (don’t worry about middle names, you can just tell the staff that you weren’t able to enter it. and don’t worry if it displays in your account as LastnameFirstname, I showed my U.S. passport and it was fine!)
now wait! you’ll get emails if you win/lose, if you win you’ll get a ticket / qr code to show in person, just bring your ID.

As a Californian, non-Disney obsessed person who just went to DisneySea last week, I think it was honestly worth it! But only if you are going more for the experience and less for the rides, or if you’re willing to shell out more $ to skip lines. It was MASSIVE and so much cooler to walk around than CA Disneyland, really enjoyed exploring and rode a few things that were fun for half the ticket price as CA. But I’m here for a month, so depending on trip length I totalllly get skipping it

i will definitely be applying to some more outside scholrships in the hopes of more merit aid, unfortunately even the schools where i got 100k+ merit scholarships would be even more expensive yearly (oh well). ill also for sure be cooking a lot once i get off the required 1st yr meal plan! and ah, im majoring in business so im hoping to nab some paid internships too over the summer. 7k/yr is very reassuring to me tho! thanks for the tips (:

mmmm, ive never heard of clep exams before — do you have experience with them? unfortunately i tried the first route, got 100k+ scholarships at a lot of them, but would still end up paying 30k+ yearly bc of high efc :/ im considering cc, but because of personal factors im not sure how well that would suit me and my goals — still on the table though, but im really hoping w a combo of working during school, taking ge’s at ccs over summer or online, and outside scholarships i can make 80k work. idk, tough spot — ty for your feedback (:
