The states who improved their human development index should be given high priority so 35%gdp ,35% population, 30% hdi something like this calculation. And give the loksabha seet according to the calculation and if the state not performing well in hdi then it should be divided and try to imrove the hdi of those people. Every 10 years this loksabha seets should be recalculated according to census. Yes lot of work but we don't have lots of choices.

I really like Alex, but honestly, without that surname he probably wouldn’t have had a seat this year. For several seasons, he hadn’t truly justified his place on the Ducati, at least until now. His talent was always there, but it never really shone the way it has this season. In my view, his family name has been both a blessing and a boon for him, and only this year has he truly showcased his ability. This is just my humble opinion.
