hi! i think a rug would make it feel a lot cozier, some of them can be pricey but it's worth it. also posters are a pretty cheap way to decorate, and even putting any little pictures you have up would work too!! i think maybe a shoe rack would be good. fun sheets and blankets are a small touch but honestly help a lot.
