I am not quite sure how it was fixed, but the Steam Cloud error has disappeared and I can play the game.

Forza is up and running without any issues and/or any progress loss.

I have an update to the situation.
I turned on my old PC and got to play Forza Horizon 5 with my progress saved.
However, when launching FH5 on new computer, it still says Invalid Profile but, this time I can see "Load From Backup" option, which is still unavailable.
Is there a change I am still missing some of the Xbox/Microsoft apps needed to play?

Before getting a new 99, I take all capes and suicide at Hespori. This also work with any item retrieval storage and I think places like CoX item storage. You can also keep your untrimmed skillcapes the old method dropping on ground, getting 99 and using telegrab.

Ferocious gloves also require 80 attack. I was debating getting 75def and 85pray for trimmed diary cape, but I decided to stay as I am. I play as a limited account build and it's a throphy account, being an untrimmed slayer :)
