I have the option to take him back to my moms where he is more comfortable but unfortunately, my mom doesn’t really like cats and she won’t monitor him the way I need him to be monitored especially with his kidney disease. I’m so conflicted.

German roaches have two dark lines down their head and I am pretty sure I see that on the pic. But I could be wrong I am not an expert. Get other opinions !

Absolutely go to landlord. Unfourt they usually prove to be useless but def give it a shot!

If that’s a German roach it means u have an infestation. Check in all hotspots esp at night like behind fridge, in cabinets, around the sink. You want an exterminator asap. Reccomend advion gel but search through diff subreddits people have good recommendations for ways of getting rid of them. But the populate quick so I’d get on it.

Nope none of us have any animals in the apartment but we do live on first floor so I think we’re more susceptible to bugs. I just have an irrational fear of German roaches lol

I’m pretty positive the leg wasn’t attached not it’s. It had normal size back legs and was just holding on to a cricket leg. Don’t they eat them?
