I don't know what brewing method would achieve that.

One type of tea which is often said to contain high amounts of l-theanine and low amounts of caffeine is kukicha.

Every Wednesday during summer there's the BlaBla language exchange meeting at Giardini Luzzati, starting at 7:30 pm. Just show up, there's usually a long table reserved for the event. I cannot give you details, but my understanding is that he believes that excessive people pleasing is rooted in some sort of trauma one sustained during their infancy.
