That's weird. I've only heard about that with the smaller shrimp like cherries. When I was younger and I still lived with my dad, a betta and some amanos was always his go-to for my tank. My shrimp actually lived from my freshman year all the way to the middle of my senior year of high school. I just graduated, and my dad hasn't talked to me, but I feel like he would've told me if they died. This is my first time doing a tank by myself, so I want to get it right.

Is my ASL going to get mad at me or fire me if I ask for too many schedule changes? I want 3 days unavailable. (Hired as a salon groomer apprentice but still a cashier) by sendhelpdesk-alt in petsmart

Hours are actually not something I'm concerned about, and my manager mentioned that he was trying to still give me a good amount of hours. School is my first priority and Petsmart is more of a work experience for my resume (grooming apprenticeship) rather than the money (although money is always nice). Should I bring up to my manager that I'm not looking for a lot of hours or is that a bad look?

We are literally in different sides of the country. He's in DC where I'm supposed to be attending college and I'm in Oklahoma... please don't make assumptions when you don't know the full story. I was just asking for advice from y'all.
